Manager

We require someone who cares and is out going. Experience in the food industry is required. We are looking for someone who is patient and smart but also decisive in action. We want someone who can report and take direction but does not need their hand held. It is also our hope to find someone who will see this Manager position as a stepping stone within our company. In all our stores a positive attitude is a must as well as the ability to overcome issues. We also look for a person that can overcome what issues may arise but also has the ability to know when to seek help and seek guidance from senior management. It will take hard work and time but the potential for growth is there. We have 20 locations including brands like Johnny Rockets, Sugarfactory, Pokeworks and are adding at least 3 more stores in the next 12 months under varies brands. Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement. We are truly hoping you maybe the right person for the job and can join our team!

Responsibility :

Shift duties

Inventory Management

Controlling Labor and food cost

Helping with input menu development and pricing

Training of staff

Making sure the store is properly cleaned and maintained

While working shifts must be able to serve in one of the posistions at any given time.... Management in a QSR is not a spectator sport!
