About the Opportunity
A growing Boston law firm is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide marketing, business development, branding, and communications initiatives. This newly created hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Marketing & Growth team following a major rebrand and website launch.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and organized, with experience managing digital marketing, social media, website content, and marketing analytics in a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers meaningful visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency with WordPress/Gutenberg CMS. Google Analytics, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Exceptional proofreading, writing, and editing skills
- Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, and content strategy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or GEO optimization is a plus
Responsibilities
- Update and optimize the firm’s WordPress website using Gutenberg block editing
- Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
- Support ongoing SEO, content optimization, and digital visibility initiatives
- Manage and maintain the firm’s social media content calendar
- Identify timely content opportunities, including attorney achievements, speaking engagements, firm news, and client successes
- Create engaging social media graphics, email visuals, and branded marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand awareness across digital channels
- Assist with the creation and editing of articles, website copy, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
- Coordinate production of brochures, advertisements, event collateral, and promotional materials
- Support award submissions, rankings, surveys, and related marketing initiatives
- Pull and analyze marketing analytics and reporting data using Google Analytics and related platforms
- Summarize insights to support marketing strategy and improve campaign performance
- Conduct research to support business development and content initiatives
