About the Opportunity

A growing Boston law firm is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide marketing, business development, branding, and communications initiatives. This newly created hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Marketing & Growth team following a major rebrand and website launch.


The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and organized, with experience managing digital marketing, social media, website content, and marketing analytics in a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers meaningful visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress/Gutenberg CMS. Google Analytics, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Exceptional proofreading, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, and content strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or GEO optimization is a plus


Responsibilities

  • Update and optimize the firm’s WordPress website using Gutenberg block editing
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support ongoing SEO, content optimization, and digital visibility initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the firm’s social media content calendar
  • Identify timely content opportunities, including attorney achievements, speaking engagements, firm news, and client successes
  • Create engaging social media graphics, email visuals, and branded marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand awareness across digital channels
  • Assist with the creation and editing of articles, website copy, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
  • Coordinate production of brochures, advertisements, event collateral, and promotional materials
  • Support award submissions, rankings, surveys, and related marketing initiatives
  • Pull and analyze marketing analytics and reporting data using Google Analytics and related platforms
  • Summarize insights to support marketing strategy and improve campaign performance
  • Conduct research to support business development and content initiatives
