Must have Great Communication/Speaking/Writing Skills:
Must be able to converse with Customers in a Natural, Professional and Genuine Manor.
Must be able to Provide First Class Customer Service, when speaking to and/or in written form (email, text).
- Detail Oriented:
Must be able to Identify/Capture and Insure that Specific Details are not overlooked.
- Organizational Skills
Must be able to Multi Task.
Must be able to Stop what they are doing to answer the phone, Attend to/Resolve and then return to and finish their prior task.
- Receive In and Return Packages
Must be able to Manage Inventory and Packages.
Must be able to Check In/Segregate/Isolate/Assign and Manage Items that are for Customers and for Stock Inventory. This also includes Identifying Items that need to be returned, creating a return label and initiate a Return/Pickup
- Learn and Manage Vendor Relationships
Must be able to work with, Communicate with and Maintain Professional Relations with Multiple Vendors. These include Global Corporations, National Chains and Local Businesses.
Must be up to date on each Vendors Process and Procedure
- Pull Parts and stage for Service Technicians
Must be able to Manage Customer Orders, Pull/Tag and Assign items for Service Technicians to Pick-up on a daily basis.
Must be able to support internal associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
