What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Application Engineer - Isolation & Actuation position at John H. Carter Company?
- Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions.
- Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins.
- Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products.
- Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
- Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times
- Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures
- Attend and participate in required trainings
- Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation
- Be a team player, and work well as group
- Always build and cultivate solid relationships
- This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
