In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will help these customers adjust their insurance plans to meet the changing demands of their lives. You will personalize your recommendations and connect with those we serve to make them feel valued and appreciated. A typical day in the life of a Customer Service Representative at our Agency could include the following: assisting a family with insurance for their new home; helping a customer file a claim after an accident; providing a quote for a new vehicle they are considering purchasing; recommending options to cover unmet needs; taking the confusion out of a complex bill and simplifying it so the customer understands their pricing.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Extremely comfortable with technology
- Capable of studying for and passing a State Insurance Exam

Preferred Background
- No insurance background required - we will educate and train the right candidate
- We will only consider candidates who have prior office experience (Insurance, Banking, Healthcare Admin, or Retail) or those who are recent college graduates
- Salaries will be based on the strength of the applicant and the relevancy of their experience
