I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven with a strong purpose behind what we do. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Yellow Pages sales. After a serious accident in 2006 that required three surgeries and months away from work, I experienced firsthand how important proper insurance education truly is—and how often people don’t receive it. That experience shaped my mission as an agent: to make sure customers fully understand their protection and are never left in the dark.
Outside of the office, I enjoy adventure and trying new things—I’ve reeled in a 110-pound tuna in Hawaii and even gone skydiving. That same drive and determination shows up in how I lead and grow my agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Hagood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
