We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Position Purpose:
- Provides expert technical direction and leadership to a team of employees whose focus is that of repair, maintenance, and project work of grounds and buildings that may include:
- Maintenance Duties*
- primary responsibility for the MANAGEMENT OF UTILITY SYSTEM implementation; acts collaboratively in the implementation of the other six essential functions of the Environment of Care.
- Is First Responder in an internal emergency (excluding nuclear medicine spills).
- Maintenance duties include but not limited to - Hospital, Clinics, and Long Term Care Facilities.

- This position requires being on feet several hours a day. Successful candidate needs to be able to respond within 15-20 minutes for on-call calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of maintenance experience in electrical and/or HVAC systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (120V–480V)
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, commercial, or industrial facilities
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal preferred)
- Experience with building automation systems (e.g., Johnson Controls Metasys)
- Journeyman electrical experience or equivalent hands-on experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in mechanical spaces
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
