POSITION SUMMARY:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be overseeing the maintenance function and team ensuring the facilities are in good condition, managing repairs, and coordinating maintenance projects throughout the range

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (comprehensive, but not limited to):
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance standards in performing all upkeep and repairs of electrical, plumbing and all systems in the greenhouse, office and residences.
- Perform hot water boiler repair.
- Hire, train, and mentor maintenance employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance projects, including scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor staffing needs and make recommendations to the Range Manager.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and safety audits.
- Assist in managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation for maintenance operations.
- Facilitate good relationships with Team Members, Supervisors and Owners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project efficiency and completion.
- Ensure quality workmanship by all team members.
- Follow proper procedures to protect the assets of the Company and the safety of the employees.
- Other responsibilities/tasks/projects as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boiler, and general repairs. 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and coordinate maintenance activities. 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external contractors.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring maintenance work is completed on schedule.
- 3 years hot water boiler repair and maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED

- Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability.
- Ability to effectively work autonomously, while always keeping the Range Manager informed of critical data.
- Practical, pragmatic, hardworking and committed.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, flexible with work hours, and willing to be available when necessary.
- This position requires working both independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Help train others in team with troubleshooting systems.
