John Evans Recruiting is proud to be working with a leading local manufacturing company generating over $500M in annual revenue. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to serve as a strategic partner and right hand to the CFO.


Key Highlights:

  • Own the Budgeting/Forecasting and Operational Analysis
  • Lead finance operations and strategy in a dynamic, growth-focused environment---being able to develop and structure a department and upgrade the software/models
  • Directly support executive decision-making and operational excellence



  • Compensation: $150K–$185K base bonus incentives
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Columbia, MD


This is a high-impact role for a finance leader ready to shape operations and strategy at scale.

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
