The Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to own Joggy’s social media presence and build a vibrant, engaged community around our organic energy mission. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll craft and execute a bold social media strategy that amplifies Joggy’s brand, drives engagement, and fuels growth. This is a hands-on role for a creative, data-savvy individual who thrives in a startup environment and can turn ideas into viral moments.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: This needs to be your #1 skill! Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that showcases Joggy’s products, values, and community. Get hands-on with content production, including basic graphic design and video editing.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) that aligns with Joggy’s brand voice and mission to be the go-to organic energy drink.
- Community Building: Grow and nurture Joggy’s online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering authentic connections with health-conscious, active consumers.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators to amplify Joggy’s reach and credibility.
- Campaign Execution: Support and execute social media campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, or events, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using native platform insights. Use data to refine strategies and boost ROI.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platforms, and tools to keep Joggy’s presence fresh, relevant, and innovative. Experiment with emerging formats to deliver results ahead of the competition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader brand campaigns and business goals.
Who You Are
Ultimately we want someone who will do whatever it takes to win. Below are some nice to have experiences that would really help, but don’t replace a winners mindset!
- A social media pro with 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in CPG, beverage, or wellness. Startup experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to create engaging, on-brand content (visual and written) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Skilled in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) with a data-driven approach to optimizing performance.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats—writing captions, creating an shooting videos, or negotiating with influencers—while managing tight deadlines.
- Passionate about Joggy’s mission to deliver healthier, organic energy drinks and excited to build a community that reflects our values.
