The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and orchestrate all marketing efforts and build a kick-ass brand that makes Joggy the go-to name in organic energy drinks. This is a high-impact role for a creative, strategic doer who thrives in a fast-paced startup and can take full ownership of crafting a bold, authentic brand identity. In direct support of the CEO you’ll coordinate every aspect of marketing—from campaigns to content to partnerships—and drive Joggy’s growth with energy and hustle.

  • ting Coordination: Own all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and experiential events. Ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all channels. Campa
  • ign Development: Plan and launch high-impact marketing campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions) that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Use data led strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Conte
  • nt Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content (e.g., social posts, videos, blogs) that tells Joggy’s story and highlights our organic, high-energy mission. Get hands-on with content production when needed. Partn
  • erships & Influencers: Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify Joggy’s reach and credibility. Custo
  • mer Engagement: Build and nurture Joggy’s community through social media, email marketing, and direct engagement, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy. Gener
  • al Team Player: Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business goals, support product launches, and ensure brand consistency. Metri
  • cs & Growth: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, CAC) to refine strategies and drive measurable growth.



  • Who You Are

    Ultimately we want someone who will do whatever it takes to win. Below are some nice to have experiences that would really help, but don’t replace a winners mindset!

    • A hands-on marketer with 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in CPG, beverage, or wellness brands. Startup experience is a plus.
    • Proven ability to build and scale a brand from the ground up, with a portfolio showcasing creative, high-impact campaigns and cohesive brand identities.
    • Skilled in coordinating multiple marketing channels (digital, social, experiential) with a knack for executing with limited resources.
    • Comfortable getting in the weeds—whether it’s writing social copy, designing a campaign, or negotiating with influencers.
    • Data-driven, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and optimize strategies.
    • Passionate about Joggy’s mission to create healthier, organic energy drinks and excited to build a brand that stands out in a crowded market.
    • Bonus: Experience with organic or sustainable brands, community-building, or guerrilla marketing tactics.
