Operations Analyst

What is the position?

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing payment transactions, monitoring related reports, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across daily operational processes. This entry-level role plays a key part in maintaining smooth payment operations within the organization.

What are the responsibilities?

As an Operations Analyst, you will:

• Process and review payment transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile daily reports related to payment activity.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in transactional data.
• Support internal teams and external partners with payment-related inquiries.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk management.
• Assist with audits, account reviews, and reporting as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing operational initiatives.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Entry-level position
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
• Proficiency in PC and software applications (Excel, payment systems, or accounting software a plus)
• Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
