$77,600.00-$90,600. (2nd shift) 1pm – 10pm
Requirements of position
1. Bachelor's degree preferred (Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline) or equivalent sanitation leadership experience.
2. 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment or similar industry.
3. 1 years of experience leading a team.
4. Food safety, GMP, HACCP or related training.
Responsibilities of position
Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all sanitation activities within the facility to ensure sanitation processes effectively prevent cross-contamination from allergens, pathogens, and foreign materials, while supporting sanitation validation/verification activities as well as ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
This role leads the sanitation team, coordinates daily and deep-clean schedules, and partners closely with FSQA and Manufacturing to maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready facility at all times. This role plays a critical role in supporting product quality, preventing contamination, and promoting a strong food safety culture.
