Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical architecture for WMS integration and support future-state design. Analyse the current ERP-WMS interface landscape and come up with future state. Design integration between OMS and WMS for order release, inventory updates, shipment confirmation, and related warehouse transactions.
- Work with business, ERP, OMS, WMS, middleware, and API teams to define integration flows and message handling.
- Document interface specifications, data mappings, error handling, and reconciliation logic.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and production cutover activities for integration changes.
- Review existing warehouse processes and recommend architectural improvements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Partner with operations and support teams to ensure solution stability and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance on exception handling, monitoring, and incident root cause analysis. Ensure integrations follow security, performance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Strong experience with WMS architecture, configuration, and integration support. Experience with OMS platforms, Blue Yonder preferred.
- Deep understanding of system-to-system integration patterns, APIs, files, middleware, and transactional processing.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory flow, fulfilment, and order orchestration.
- Ability to analyse ERP, OMS, and WMS dependencies and design optimized integration models.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience working in enterprise retail or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with testing, deployment, and production support in complex application landscapes.
