Role Description
Interactive Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Architect to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, CA. The Architect will be responsible for creating, planning, and overseeing architectural designs, managing multiple projects, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Key responsibilities also include collaboration with design teams and other stakeholders, integrating technical solutions into project plans, and delivering comprehensive architectural solutions on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture with skills in Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from conception through completion
- Knowledge of Software Development principles and their application in project tools or workflows
- Experience in Integration and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of building codes, Title 24 requirements, and sustainable design practices
- LEED certification or experience with green building and design is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed Architect preferred
