Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Financials configurations, integrations, and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
- Configure Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Reports, and Calculated Fields for efficient data handling and reporting.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST APIs, Web Services).
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and financial regulatory requirements in Workday configurations.
- Stay up to date with Workday releases and enhancements, evaluating their impact on business processes.
- Provide end-user training and documentation on Workday Financials functionality.
- Collaborate with Workday support teams and consultants for issue resolution and improvements.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions in Workday.
- 2 years of experience in Workday Financials development, including integrations and reporting.
- Experience with Workday Financials modules (General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, APIs).
- Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics (BIRT, Workday Prism, Workday Calculated Fields).
- Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access control.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Workday Financials certification is a plus.
- Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex financial workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and middleware integration tools.
