Workday Financial Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Financials configurations, integrations, and custom reports.
• Develop and maintain Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
• Configure Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Reports, and Calculated Fields for efficient data handling and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST APIs, Web Services).
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and financial regulatory requirements in Workday configurations.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and enhancements, evaluating their impact on business processes.
• Provide end-user training and documentation on Workday Financials functionality.
• Collaborate with Workday support teams and consultants for issue resolution and improvements.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions in Workday.

• 2 years of experience in Workday Financials development, including integrations and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Financials modules (General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics (BIRT, Workday Prism, Workday Calculated Fields).
• Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Workday Financials certification is a plus.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex financial workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and middleware integration tools.

Salary : $60 - $65
