Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in enterprise server vulnerability remediation and coordination.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow including Change Management and the IT Remediation Workspace.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix server platforms.
- Experience in high-risk CVE triage and emergency out-of-band remediation workflows.
- Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and change request lifecycle management.
- Experience in audit evidence collection and security compliance reporting for infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordinate end-to-end remediation of high-risk vulnerabilities across Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments.
- Manage vulnerability remediation tasks and associated change requests within the ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace.
- Present remediation plans and risk mitigation measures to the Change Advisory Board for approval.
- Track the status of emergency and exception-based CVE assignments from initial triage to closure.
- Document technical implementation steps, validation outcomes, and rollback plans for server platform changes.
- Validate that configuration items and remediation tasks meet audit expectations and organizational policy.
- Collaborate with platform SMEs and security teams to resolve bottlenecks in the remediation workflow.
