"The Technical Writer will be assigned to prepare high quality business and system process documentation for Program Optimization, Support and Transformation (POST). Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

48 Months of Experience in breaking down complex information and organizing it logically for the user, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency

48 Months of Experience in research and information gathering, including document analysis and interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
4
60 Months of Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio) to support documentation development and delivery
5
36 Months of Experience in document management: organizing information; creating diagrams, charts, and other visual aids; and using documentation systems
6
36 Months of Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, operations and customer support, to ensure documentation aligns across system and business functions and meets user needs
7
36 Months of Experience in reviewing and testing documentation, including the incorporation of feedback to update and improve content and testing for usability and accuracy
8
36 Months of Experience utilizing industry standard technical summary and reporting techniques
9
Bachelor’s Degree

"The Technical Writer will be assigned to prepare high quality business and system process documentation for Program Optimization, Support and Transformation (POST). Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Drafting thorough, accurate, clear and concise Business Process Guides (BPG) for complex processes, using established standardized templates
- Facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SME) to capture stakeholder responsibilities, workflow steps and all necessary process details
- Researching and analyzing existing process-related documentation
- Developing task plans, tracking tasks and communicating updates, escalating concerns and issues, and providing status reports
- Producing and maintaining deliverables using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio"
