Seeking a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong hands-on BA skills and Capital Markets domain experience. Role is primarily focused on business analysis and delivery support, with secondary PM responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, functional specs)
- Lead stakeholder discussions and perform As-Is / To-Be analysis
- Support UAT, testing, release validation, and regression testing
- Perform root cause analysis for system/data issues
- Manage small-to-mid projects, timelines, risks, and status reporting
- Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis and validation
- Use Python (preferred) for automation and BA support tasks
- Design APIs, system integrations, and workflow diagrams
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, and Operations teams
- Capital Markets experience (Must)
- Compliance / Risk / Regulatory project experience (Must)
- Strong BA skills (BRDs, user stories, requirements gathering)
- Advanced SQL
- Basic-to-strong Python
- Understanding of APIs and system workflows
- Agile & Waterfall delivery experience
- Technical PM who operates as a Senior BA
- Strong ownership of end-to-end delivery
- Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication with business and technical teams
