Description
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role will focus on managing and enhancing marketing system activities, technical integrations, and vendor relationships within the payments and petroleum industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure efficient operations and drive improvements across various systems.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for all marketing system activities related to payment and petroleum technology.
Monitor industry advancements and provide recommendations to align systems with evolving standards.
Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and field operations to optimize technology operations.
Manage technical integrations with card processors, loyalty partners, and network partners.
Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and contribute to strategic analysis.
Support the implementation of system migrations, software updates, and changes impacting site systems.
Maintain and update technical specifications documents to ensure accurate configurations.
Oversee bug tracking and resolution with third-party vendors, ensuring timely fixes and progress.
Conduct user acceptance testing for software updates and work with vendors to address issues.
Develop and review concepts and procedures for compliance, security, and training initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong skills in drafting and interpreting Business Requirement Documents.
Experience working with IBM systems.
Solid understanding of system analysis principles and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking and managing system changes.
