Key Responsibilities
- Analyze ServiceNow ticket data (~25K records from the past year).
- Build and implement machine learning models in Python.
- Categorize tickets based on service, sub-categories, and comments.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong Python expertise.
- Machine learning and data modeling experience.
- Ticketing/ServiceNow data familiarity (preferred).
- ITSM/ServiceNow experience.
- Text data analysis (comment history).
- Strong presentation/communication skills.
