Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create comprehensive business process diagrams and workflow documentation
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Validate business rules and configuration requirements in Salesforce
- Develop deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints (configuration knowledge helpful but not required)
- Support sandbox cloning and environment management activities
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and development teams in Agile ceremonies
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and data models
- Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into user stories
- Experience creating business process diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work on-site in Martinsburg, WV up to 5 days per week
- Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required)
- Commitment to 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or equivalent)
- Federal government contracting experience
- Prior work with DHS or similar agencies
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with sandbox management and release processes
- BA certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
