5 years of experience working as a business analyst in Federal space
3 years of heavy experience working with Salesforce
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities, limitations and best practices
Business knowledge: An understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical
Must have at least 3 of the following Salesforce certification(s) : Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Experience Cloud or Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field is required
DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will work as a Business Analyst supporting Federal Client and design team to ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise systems
Serve as the primary liaison between technical team, client, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports including gathering and documenting requirements and work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges
Help to identify and define client needs to ensure ideal performance and reporting systems are in place
Help ensure data consistency across platforms
Support the development team to establish governance frameworks, enforce best practices for API management, ETL processes, and security compliance, and drive overall integration excellence
Perform other analyst duties as requested
