What You ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, managing client needs from planning to delivery.
- Define and document business requirements to ensure technology solutions meet objectives.
- Support project prioritization, cost management, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote IT products and services to business units.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of IT initiatives.
- Proven experience in client or account management within an IT or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, project coordination, and service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of IT systems, business process improvement, and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
