- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Customize Salesforce to enhance user experience and streamline business processes using declarative tools, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via APIs and middleware, ensuring data consistency and seamless operations.
- Implement data governance activities including data modeling, validation, cleansing, and migration.
- Create and maintain process automation such as workflows, approval processes, and process builder flows to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical guidance as needed.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (or foreign equivalent).
- Minimum 6 months of related experience.
