Job Title: Senior Technology Trainer Microsoft 365 & Technical Documentation Specialist

Location: (Remote)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor led training for commercially available and proprietary software applications.
• Plan and develop documentation, training videos, and instructional design modules for commercially available and proprietary software applications.
• Communicate with the Contract Manager on project plans, status, and updates for each assignment.
• Develop and deliver in person Instructor Led training for commercially available and proprietary software.
• Deliver customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups of users.
• Use technical applications to support training development such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, etc.
• Manage training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Use methodologies to plan, track, and deliver high quality technical training.
• Develop technical documentation for commercially available and proprietary software including Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, and web content.
• Develop video and interactive recorded training to support technical processes.
• Coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
• Organize and manage time effectively to handle concurrent training initiatives and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot user-defined challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led technical training programs.
• Experience creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
• Experience using Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, and related instructional design tools.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience supporting proprietary and commercially available software applications.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off the shelf software applications such as Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Experience with developing technical documentation.
