- The Sr. Regulatory Ops. Manager is responsible for supporting regulatory and operational programs by partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and manage compliance-related initiatives.
- This role focuses on operational strategy, stakeholder coordination, process optimization, and the implementation of technology solutions to enhance regulatory workflows and reporting.
- Extensive experience in operations, management consulting, regulatory operations, or project management.
- Experience leading compliance, regulatory, or operational programs at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business and compliance challenges into system and process solutions.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive operational improvements.
