Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and scale operational plans to manage regulatory requirements across geographies and business categories.
- Analyze data using SQL and BI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and support risk assessments.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compliance and regulatory performance.
- Build, validate, and perform QA on reporting pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and external stakeholders to implement scalable compliance solutions.
- Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
- Align regulatory initiatives with business and stakeholder needs, ensuring effective execution.
- Advocate for user/host experience in regulatory and operational decisions.
- Manage escalations, inquiries, and incidents related to regulatory programs and services.
- Drive continuous improvement in regulatory operations and processes.
- 5 years of experience in compliance operations, legal operations, program/project management, data analytics, or related fields.
- Proven experience launching and scaling compliance or regulatory programs.
- Strong experience working with large datasets using SQL and dashboard/BI tools.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive results in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools in compliance, legal, or operations domains.
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies.
- Experience working in highly dynamic, tech-driven environments.
- Strong alignment with ethical standards and organizational values.
Salary : $67 - $72
