Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of scalable regulatory products and programs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Communicate outcomes, insights, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
- Analyze data by running queries and building dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and perform investigations.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex regulatory programs ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable operations.
- Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional technical teams to design systems and tools enabling automated compliance solutions.
- Identify, assess, and resolve regulatory risks or incidents, coordinating with legal and policy teams for mitigation strategies.
- Influence cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through regulatory expertise.
- Oversee and continuously improve product assurance initiatives with a global perspective.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.
- 10 years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, program management, or related regulated industries.
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, and BI/dashboarding tools.
- Proven ability to design and operationalize cross-functional regulatory workflows.
- Experience building scalable technical solutions to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance agility and compliance requirements.
- Dynamic and fast-paced regulatory environment.
