Mandatory Skills:

• Seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
  
  

At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

• Eleven (11) years, if substituting Bachelor's degree for additional qualifying experience.
• Must possess a bachelor's degree.
  
  

OR

• Additional qualifying experience (of MQ #1 above) may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. (Attach a copy of Bachelor's Degree, unless staff is substituting Bachelor's degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience.
• Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).Attach a copy of valid Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:
• Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.
• Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.
• Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports.
• Performing traceability matrix analysis.
• Two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.
• Five (5) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large-scale software development project.
  
  

Desirable Qualifications:

Possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification.

Minimum Of Two (2) Years' Experience In EHR Implementation.

Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, operational experience using two or more from the below list:

• AWS
• Databricks
• Servicenow
• JIRA
• Azure DevOps
  
  

Minimum of two (2) years' experience with the Client Project Approval Lifecycle Purpose or Project Management Framework.

Must possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
