Mandatory Skills:

4. Five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:
a. Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.

b. Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.
c. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports.

5. Two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.
6. Two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.
7. Five (5) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large-scale software development project.
Desirable Qualifications:
Possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification.
Possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in EHR implementation.
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, operational experience using two or more from the below list:
