- Lead business analysis activities in complex healthcare IT environments, focusing on requirements management, system integration, and solution delivery.
- Work across multiple stakeholders to analyze business processes, define technical requirements, and support system interoperability.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of healthcare IT systems.
- Degree or diploma in Business or IT, or Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting requirements gathering workshops.
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Experience with business analysis techniques including interviews, workshops, and process modeling.
- Experience in design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing in large, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows across systems.
- Define integration requirements and system interaction models.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Evaluate new technology solutions and assess impact on existing systems.
- Support integration design and interoperability strategies.
- Contribute to solution design, test plans, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
