Responsibilities:
- Project manage consumer campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with Legal, Creative, Social, and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee experiential production and creative development for both online and offline consumer experiences.
- Develop and execute communications launch strategies for campaigns and events.
- Manage external vendors including experiential agencies, venues, and freelance talent for large-scale activations.
- Negotiate project scopes, contracts, and production budgets to maximize campaign impact and value.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners including hosts, brand partners, and creative vendors.
- Draft scopes of work, review proposals, and ensure successful contract execution.
- Develop innovative campaign ideas and proactively engage partners to meet annual campaign objectives.
- Track, manage, and report campaign budgets, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
- Identify blockers and influence decision-making to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- 8 years of experience in project management, experiential production, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of earned media strategies and consumer-facing global communication campaigns.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and large-scale event activations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel, pop culture, and emerging consumer trends.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-performing environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong initiative.
