This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives. - 3 Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
- 3 Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
- 3 Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
- 3 Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
- 3 Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
- 3 Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
- Bachelor''''s Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
