Seeking a skilled need of a SCRUM master to facilitate the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams for our client in Columbia SC!
W2 Direct Hire Contract Position. No C2C or 1099 candidates please. Onsite position. Candidates must be local or within a commutable distance and able to work onsite 100% in Columbia SC.
What will you do in this role:
This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives. You will work closely with the product owners, stakeholders, and product development teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Required Education/Experience:
- 3 Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
- 3 Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
- 3 Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
- 3 Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
- 3 Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
- 3 Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
- Bachelors Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
