· Work Location: Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed.
· Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Why is this position open: New position due to need of a SCRUM master to facilitate the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.
Required Skills
· 3 Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
· 3 Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
· 3 Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
· 3 Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
· 3 Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
· 3 Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
Education: Bachelor''s Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
Certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
