Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules.
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and adjacent systems such as SAP ERP and other third-party platforms using Mulesoft to ensure data consistency and process automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop scalable, secure, and compliant HR solutions.
- Assist with good understanding of project schedules, costs, and resource management.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop technical documentation, integration flows, and user training materials.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, oversee system upgrades and perform data migrations.
- Advise stakeholders on SuccessFactors capabilities, best practices, and architecture considerations.
- 8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations (SAP, Mulesoft), and middleware platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and data mapping/integration.
- Experience in configuration, workflows, business rules, and permissions.
- Good understanding of managing project timeline, budget, and resources.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or similar integration tools is a plus.
- Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and large-scale HR projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Mulesoft or Middleware Integration Certification.
