Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite 4 days/week)

Job Type: W2 Only (No C2C)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead (OTC) to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership in solution design, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end OTC processes (order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns)
• Lead solution design, configuration, and fit-to-standard decisions
• Drive UAT strategy, testing cycles, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Data
• Ensure seamless integration with EDI, middleware, tax, and payment systems
• Define KPIs and ensure process efficiency and compliance
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) functional expertise
• 7 12 years of experience in OTC / Sales Operations / SAP functional roles
• 1 2 years of S/4HANA implementation or ECC to S/4 transformation experience
• Deep knowledge of pricing, billing, and order management processes
• Experience with integrations (EDI, tax engines, payment platforms)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System)
• Knowledge of Settlement Management / Rebates
• Exposure to BRF Output Management and Fiori apps
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor s Degree required
• Master s Degree preferred
  
  

Additional Details:

• This is a W2 only role (No C2C)
• Onsite role in Dearborn, MI candidates must be local or willing to relocate
