Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in SAP Public Sector Finance and Treasury modules.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and ECC FI module functionality.
• Experience with governmental accounting, budgeting, appropriations, and grants management.
• Experience in practical SAP upgrades, OSS notes, and support pack implementations.
• Experience with cash management, treasury operations, and S/4HANA platform optimization.
• Experience in developing current and future-state process documentation and roadmaps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation and optimization of S/4HANA Finance and Treasury modules.
• Analyze system impacts and process changes during the migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Design future-state process workflows for governmental accounting and treasury operations.
• Execute unit test development and script execution for enterprise-wide software validation.
• Manage SAP support activities including troubleshooting, resolution tracking, and performance tuning.
• Direct the development of hardware specifications and high-level implementation roadmaps.
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior staff on SAP tool suites and concepts.
