Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer / Global Support Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury/Cash Management within a Public Sector/Government environment. This role will support a major SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation initiative, including system optimization, operational readiness, process documentation, testing, upgrades, and ongoing production support.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with SAP ECC FI, SAP S/4HANA, public sector financial operations, budgeting, appropriations, grants, governmental accounting, and enterprise SAP support environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of SAP experience within Public Sector/Government environments
- 7 years of experience with SAP Finance (FI) and/or Treasury/Cash Management
- 7 years of experience with SAP ECC FI Module
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- 10 years of experience with SAP upgrades, OSS Notes, support packs, troubleshooting, and production support
- Strong experience with:
- Budgeting
- Appropriations
- Grants
- Governmental accounting
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide SAP Finance & Treasury operations
- Strong experience with testing, defect resolution, and process documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Experience creating current-state and future-state process documentation
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
Responsibilities
- Support SAP FI and Treasury/Cash Management functionality and related enterprise applications
- Assist with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration activities
- Develop current-state and future-state business process documentation
- Provide SAP Finance and Treasury analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Collaborate with analysts, business users, developers, and leadership teams
- Support SAP upgrades, support packs, OSS Notes, and enhancement activities
- Develop and execute unit testing and test scripts
- Identify ECC to S/4HANA impacts related to Finance and Treasury processes
- Assist with implementation roadmaps and operational readiness planning
- Participate in team planning, mentoring, and knowledge transfer activities
- Provide after-hours SAP production support as required
Salary : $90 - $140
