Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Act as a functional support consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in an AMS environment.
- Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Minor Enhancements.
- Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities.
- SAP HCM US Payroll (15 years)
- SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, PMGM) (5 years)
- Time Management & Payroll Processing (10 years)
- Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA)
