We are seeking a highly technical Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Developer to join our team supporting our end client. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) and the ability to lead and coordinate development activities, including offshore collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience in designing scalable solutions and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Proven experience leading teams or acting as a technical lead in Salesforce projects.
Ability to manage and coordinate offshore teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and governor limits.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications preferred.
