Job Title: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions. The candidate will work on identity lifecycle management, application integrations, and automation using SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), ensuring secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Configure identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML processes)
• Develop and manage application integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, and Web Services
• Configure sources, identity profiles, access profiles, and roles
• Implement provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows
• Customize workflows using SailPoint ISC rules (cloud rules) and event triggers
• Develop and manage IdentityNow transforms for data mapping and correlation
• Perform access certifications, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
• Troubleshoot identity sync, aggregation, and provisioning issues
• Work with cloud infrastructure and ensure secure deployment practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and web services integration
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management (JML)
• Experience with identity profiles, roles, access profiles, and policies
• Familiarity with provisioning workflows and event-based triggers
• Basic scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Beanshell is a plus)
• Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (good to have)
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow Engineer / ISC Certification)
