Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for an IAM/IGA Senior Developer specializing in SailPoint (IIQ/Identity Security Cloud) or Saviynt EIC solutions. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and effective operations. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM/IGA platforms, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement IGA solutions using SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, or Saviynt EIC.
- Build and customize workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, access reviews, and lifecycle events.
- Integrate IGA platforms with various enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
- Develop and optimize provisioning/de-provisioning processes, role models, policies, and SoD controls.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues related to identity life cycle, connectors, and system integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, configuration guides, mapping docs).
- Collaborate with security, application owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable deployments.
- Participate in upgrade, migration, and modernization efforts (e.g., IIQ to ISC, or legacy IAM to Saviynt).
- Support production operations, defect resolution, release cycles, and continuous improvement.
- ServiceNow Integration and PAM Integration such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 plus years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) / IGA development.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – rules, workflows, custom connectors, UI customization, Java & Beanshell
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) – SaaS IGA, workflows, APIs, identity orchestration
- Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) – controls, workflows, governance, customization
- Solid programming skills: Java, Beanshell, Python, REST APIs, JSON, SQL.
- Experience connecting to directories (AD/Azure AD), HR sources, and enterprise applications.
- ServiceNow Integration and PAM Integration such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SoD, identity lifecycle, access certifications.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud identity ecosystems (Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
- Exposure to SSO, PAM, and broader security architecture.
- Certification in SailPoint or Saviynt (nice to have).
- Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
