You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective Salesforce solutions while maintaining best practices in administration, automation, reporting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure and enhance the platform using workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other declarative tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate timely resolution of support requests
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and established integration methods
- Manage data quality, imports, exports, backups, and ongoing system governance activities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and support project delivery
- Develop documentation, train users, and promote platform best practices across the organization
- 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, reporting, and data management
- Experience supporting system integrations and working knowledge of Salesforce APIs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating clear documentation, user guidance, and training materials
- Experience working in county or local government environments.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant
