This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, utilizing your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D Rendering, Clash Detection, 4D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. With over 5 years of experience under your belt, you'll be responsible for creating and managing digital prototypes of our architectural projects. You will play a key role in our team, helping us to deliver high-quality construction projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
As our Permanent Revit Designer/VDC Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing BIM protocols and 3D model deliverables.
- Producing high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and other visualizations.
- Performing clash detection and making necessary modifications to prevent issues during construction.
- Utilizing 4D modeling to optimize construction sequencing and scheduling.
- Leveraging Navisworks for project review and coordination.
- Creating accurate, detailed construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Collaborating with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables align with project objectives.
- Training and mentoring junior staff in BIM and other related technologies.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in BIM and VDC technologies and implementing these in our processes.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, 3D Rendering, Clash Detection, 4D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
