Are you a seasoned Revit Designer/VDC Engineer with a passion for innovation in the construction industry? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, utilizing your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D Rendering, Clash Detection, 4D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. With over 5 years of experience under your belt, you'll be responsible for creating and managing digital prototypes of our architectural projects. You will play a key role in our team, helping us to deliver high-quality construction projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
As our Permanent Revit Designer/VDC Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and managing BIM protocols and 3D model deliverables.
2. Producing high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and other visualizations.
3. Performing clash detection and making necessary modifications to prevent issues during construction.
4. Utilizing 4D modeling to optimize construction sequencing and scheduling.
5. Leveraging Navisworks for project review and coordination.
6. Creating accurate, detailed construction documents using AutoCAD.
7. Collaborating with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables align with project objectives.
8. Training and mentoring junior staff in BIM and other related technologies.
9. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in BIM and VDC technologies and implementing these in our processes.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Revit, BIM, 3D Rendering, Clash Detection, 4D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent visual awareness and an eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and team working skills.
7. An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. A commitment to continuous professional development.
9. A problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
