Merchandising & Space Planning
- Understand store layout, merchandising requirements, and business priorities.
- Build and manage floor plans, macro/micro space plans, and planograms.
- Analyze fixture layouts, display standards, and product placement to improve space utilization.
- Use SQL for data extraction, validation, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Work with ETL pipelines to understand retail data flow and ensure accuracy.
- Use RMS (Retail Merchandising System) for inventory workflows, item management, and merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate daily with the offshore team for handovers and work alignment.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies with client stakeholders.
