Role: Retail Merchandising & Space Planning Specialist

Location: Katy,TX - 3 Days Onsite

Merchandising & Space Planning

  • Understand store layout, merchandising requirements, and business priorities.
  • Build and manage floor plans, macro/micro space plans, and planograms.
  • Analyze fixture layouts, display standards, and product placement to improve space utilization.

Technical & Analytical Work

  • Use SQL for data extraction, validation, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Work with ETL pipelines to understand retail data flow and ensure accuracy.
  • Use RMS (Retail Merchandising System) for inventory workflows, item management, and merchandising tasks.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Coordinate daily with the offshore team for handovers and work alignment.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies with client stakeholders.
